While an interesting read, there's really not much meat here. You should know that a history of a 100+ year old company in 96 pages is not an in-depth treatise. I'd really love to see a Kindle book that is an exhaustive history of this fine company. How about more information regarding the founders for one thing. How about some insight into the management. This is more like the Cliff notes on Harley models etc. This is an easy read, and you can finish reading this book in just a couple of hours. Leaves you wanting more. At least as a Kindle book, it's not too expensive.

Not a bad read. Would have liked to see more examples of various models as the author progresses from the early years of HD through near present day. Pictures seemed to be an afterthought to the narrative- as the photo quality was often bland and grainy.

Awesome book with great collection of HD pictures. Great read also.

This is an ok book for those who don't know that much about the motorcycle. For those who are very familiar with the motorcycle, the history is a good read, but the accuracy of the captions under some of the photos could be better.

Being a Harley rider and fan, I always love reading about the Motor Company and how they've survived all of these years. If you're into HD, this book is a great read.

Great book for people who want to cook some basic Mediterranean dishes. We decided to have a Mediterranean menu for Christmas this year. This book does a great job of describing exactly how to prepare the dishes, as well as the "special ingredients" and special cooking tools you will need. I can't wait to start cooking these recipes, it is going to be awesome.

I was motivated to buy this book after our recent to Southern Spain, where there is an abundance of Middle Eastern cuisine. I looked at the reviews of the different books here on Amazon and settled with this one.The book is hardcover, 238 pages. There is a brief Foreword and Introduction, but the main focus is on the recipes. There are 5 chapters of recipes, as well as the sections, "Suggested Menus," and "The Pantry," which highlights common ingredients in Lebanese cooking in both their common name (e.g. Olive Oil) and its Middle Eastern translation (zeyt zeytoon). Excellent source for recipes with a new and clever spin in their classification. While very specific regarding ingredients and workable alternatives, it's very sparse when it comes to the actual cooking, limiting itself to times and temperatures and not other references, i.e "until golden brown", "until rises", or "until boiling".It may seem like something elemental and not the problem with an experienced cook, but when cooking food from a foreign culture, it's like starting from zero all over again.

Before visiting friends in Lebanon in 2015, I purchased this cookbook to familiarize myself with the cuisine and try a few dishes beforehand. I instantly fell in love with the cookbook for its expertly written recipes, clear instructions, and beautiful photographs. The recipes I made were 100% successful. While visiting Lebanon (definitely one of my favorite trips ever), I recognized many of the dishes and could tell that Chef Kamal's recipes were both authentic and well-adapted to the American kitchen. I'm looking forward to trying many more dishes!

A well written cookbook. I'm glad I purchased it!

Really nice collection of recipes...each section has something good...most are easy and well explained. Really like some of the deserts. Most are simple but delicious. This book was a pleasant surprise.

When I first got the journal, I remember thinking that this author was the only one that really seemed like she related best to teenagers. She touches on many subjects and situations that happened to me, or feelings I had once had. I started writing in the journal, then I became addicted. I always wanted to come home to fill it out, especially on really good days, or really bad days.This journal was the first journal that truly helped me in my life. It was very helpful and healing. The author did a excellent job creating this piece of art!!!! I believe the Journal could help anyone...
