When her strawberry patch is infull bloom every year, this is her recipe that my husband and I look forwardto. 3-oz. pkg. instant vanilla puddingmix3-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin mix2 c. water1 t. lemon juice1-1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed1 c. strawberries, hulled and sliced,or more if desired9-inch graham cracker crust In a saucepan, combine drypudding and gelatin mixes, water and lemon juice. Cook, stirringcontinuously, until mixture comes to a boil. Pour pudding mixture into a bowl;cover and chill until thickened. Fold in whipped topping andstrawberries; mix well. Spoon into crust. Cover and chill for about one hour. Makes 6 servings.
